Production Technician

Located in San Clemente, CA

Salary: Up to $19/hr

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Production Technician for a medical device manufacturing company located in San Clemente. Paying up to $19.00p/hour DOE, Evaluation to hire.

Schedule is M-Th: 7:30AM – 4PM  Friday: 6:30AM-3PM.

 

Job overview:

• Support current manufacturing and production lines
• Perform assembly and inspection of products in clean room environment
• Document/record and analyze test results 
• Support production or process development as required for existing and new product lines
• Set-up, adjust and operate laboratory equipment and instruments
• Collaborate with team members as appropriate.
• Support receiving inspection

 

Skills:

• Education: High School Diploma (or Equivalent) or higher education
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as an inspector or assembler technician in the medical device industry
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc)
• Ability to work independently once given direction.
• Hand Measurement tool experience (caliper, micrometer, etc)
• Ability to read and follow instructions as written
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in FDA and ISO guidelines
• Problem recognition, analysis and recovery
• Reading and math
• Vision measurement system experience desirable
