Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Bilingual Front Office Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team and manage front office tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the staffing industry while building foundational administrative and recruiting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Support:

  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate qualifications
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with job postings and candidate outreach campaigns
  • Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates

Office Coordination & Administrative Support:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet walk-in applicants and assist with onboarding paperwork
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby area are organized and presentable
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Support recruiters and account managers with day-to-day administrative needs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable using phones and providing front-desk support
  • Team oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales is a plus
