Qualifications:

• Familiarity with pallet jack use and FIFO organizational method
• Balances team and individual responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality
• Ability to work under pressure, effective problem solver, ability to de-escalate
• Ability to effectively collaborate with staff, volunteers, and guests
• Works ethically and with integrity to uphold organizational values
• Ability to work well with a wide demographic of people in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills, well disciplined, able to meet deadlines, self-starter
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License

 Physical Demands: 

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to see and respond appropriately to developing situations
• Employee will regularly be required to stand, talk, hear, walk, lift, carry, stoop, push, pull, crouch, and reach at or below the shoulder
