Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales & Service Representative. The ideal candidate is either licensed in Property & Casualty insurance or has prior insurance experience and is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy changes, and claims
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate products
Maintain and grow a book of business through excellent customer service and sales efforts
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
Qualifications:
Must be currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance OR
Have prior experience in the insurance industry and a strong willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (we can help you through the process)
