As a Business Developer, you’ll play a critical role in driving the growth of our office by developing new business relationships, generating leads, and maintaining lasting client partnerships. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role that combines outside sales, networking, and account management—with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person visits, outbound calls, networking, and referrals

• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with local employers

• Conduct onsite client meetings to assess hiring needs and recommend customized workforce solutions

• Represent Express with a high level of professionalism and industry knowledge

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Collaborate closely with internal team members to deliver top-tier service and successful placements

🧩 Ideal Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client-facing roles

• Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Highly organized and goal-oriented, with strong time management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
