Express Employment Professionals is a dynamic and fast-paced organization committed to delivering excellence in matching job seekers with great jobs. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and tech-savvy Office Assistant to support our daily operations and enhance our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.
Take initiative to identify and solve problems proactively.
Assist with internal communications, and other team support duties.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of initiative, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or client-support role.
