Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.

  • Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content.

  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.

  • Take initiative to identify and solve problems proactively.

  • Assist with internal communications, and other team support duties.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of initiative, organizational ability, and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or client-support role.
