Are you detail-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient? We’re looking for a Temporary Cleaner to complete thorough cleanings of vacant rental units across the Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls area. Join a team that values hard work and precision during the busy rental turnover season.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform complete, detailed cleanings of rental units between tenants
• Follow property-specific checklists to ensure consistent quality
• Identify and report damages or maintenance issues
• Work independently across 33–35 units, managing your time effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is intrinsically motivated, dependable, and hard-working
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision
• Comfortable with physical tasks: standing, lifting, crouching, bending, and repeated arm movements (such as scrubbing)
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
