Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources and a proven track record of steady employment in the field. This role is responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process

• Must be bilingual (SPANISH)

• Support employee relations and address HR-related inquiries

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

• Administer benefits and coordinate open enrollment

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

• Support performance management and employee development initiatives

• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping records

• Participate in HR projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role

• Consistent and stable work history

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
