We are seeking a dedicated Food Packager to join our production team. This position is responsible for packaging finished food products according to company and regulatory standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding food safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have experience in food processing environments and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package finished food products following company guidelines and customer specifications
• Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine quality checks on packaged products to meet safety and appearance standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
• Perform basic meat cutting or other processing tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food production, food packaging, or processing plant environments preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with packaging equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to perform additional duties such as meat cutting or fabrication as needed
