Professional Painter (Piece Work)

Located in Spokane, WA

Salary: $20 -$50/hr DOE

We are currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented painters to join our clients team on a piece work basis. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who take pride in their craft and enjoy being paid based on the work they complete.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (including masking, sanding, patching, priming, and caulking)

• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

• Ensure a clean, consistent, high-quality finish on all surfaces

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Follow project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols

• Communicate with supervisors/project managers as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional painter (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation is a plus!

• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Comfortable working on ladders and with various surface types

• Ability to estimate time and materials for piece work jobs a plus
