A Large Grocery Store Chain is seeking EXPERIENCED GROCERY STORE MANAGERS!!

Starting Pay Rate: Between $60,000 to $65,000 Per Year

• Direct Hire Opportunity.
• 6 months in-store grocery hands on training. 
• Once training is completed, the salary is increased.
• MUST HAVE 2 Years of High-Volume Grocery Store Experience.
• MUST HAVE experience with managing 10 employees, payroll, performance evaluations, interviewing, and hiring.
• MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS.
• ONLY WILL CONSIDER IF YOU HAVE GROCERY STORE EXPERIENCE.

 

Objective:

To manage all store operations and all operational personnel. To maximize sales and control expenses. To fulfill his/her essential job functions and other duties and responsibilities in accordance with the company's principles of leadership and organization.

 

Essential Job Functions:

Decision Making Responsibility

• Communicate and delegate job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel to ensure desired results.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results. Consulting Responsibility
• Assesses, establishes, and implements appropriate store staffing levels cooperatively with the district manager.
• Recommend store personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Monitor the competitive environment within the community and make recommendations to the district manager regarding adjustments necessary.
