Job Title: Painter

Job Summary:

Our client is urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join their team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing jobs on a variety of surfaces including walls, ceilings, and other building interiors and exteriors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, sanding, and cleaning.

• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.

• Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking tape.

• Follow blueprints, plans, or sketches as required.

• Clean up supplies and work areas after project completion.

• Maintain equipment in good working condition.

• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

• Communicate with clients or supervisors about job progress and expectations.

  Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a professional painter.

  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
