We have been asked by a Construction Company in Fishers, IN to help them find a Construction Account Coordinator. In this role, you will support sales, operations, and clients by coordinating administrative and logistical tasks related to construction projects. You’ll ensure clear communication between the field and office, manage documentation, track budgets, and help maintain timelines—ultimately ensuring client satisfaction and project efficiency.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday

What will you do as a Construction Account Coordinator?

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, documentation, and inquiries
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, contracts, change orders, and work orders
• Maintain accurate records of job costs, budgets, timelines, and project documentation
• Schedule meetings, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections as directed by the project team
• Coordinate with internal departments such as accounting, purchasing, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Track project progress and prepare status reports for internal use and client communication
• Monitor billing, prepare invoices, and follow up on accounts receivable as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and construction regulations
• Help resolve issues or delays by coordinating communication between stakeholders

What qualifications will you have as a Construction Account Coordinator?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related role
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, processes, and documentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Sage) is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented under pressure
