A local heavy equipment supplier that supports first responders across Colorado and Wyoming is seeking a Parts Representative to join their team. This role will focus on accurate and efficient parts order entry, managing inventory, and communicating with customers about lead times and expected arrivals.

As a Parts Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Ordering parts for in-house emergency apparatus repairs, crash vehicle repairs, and customer-specific needs

• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accuracy in inventory records

• Preparing orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pickup

• Answering phone calls and emails to provide price quotes and respond to customer inquiries

• Managing order data entry and communicating lead times to customers

• Have experience in heavy equipment or commercial parts

• Are familiar with QuickBooks and database management
