Pay: $19-21+
Position Summary We are seeking a full-time, on-site Janitor to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in an organized environment and can take initiative in developing cleaning schedules and inventory systems.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness across offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and the factory floor
Develop and manage cleaning routines, schedules, and inventory
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Commit to a 45+ hour workweek
Start early, with working hours from 5:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM
Qualifications
Experience in janitorial services or housekeeping
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
