Express Employment is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician worker to team up with our client in the Pittsburgh area.

Monday - Friday

Starting pay - $18/ hr

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, and appliance installation.

• Unit turn preparation, including troubleshooting and repairing issues.

• Ensure all repairs meet safety and building standards.

• Respond to on-site maintenance requests as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.

• Knowledge of tools, safety practices, and building systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements:
