Express Employment Professionals of La Crosse has partnered with a reputable Viroqua area Law Office and we are currently recruiting for qualified candidates for a part-time Office Assistant opening!

 

We are looking for a warm and welcoming, detailed, and customer service-oriented office professional who is comfortable working with the public and serving as the face of the company.

 

Job highlights

• Schedule will be weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm, three days per week.
• Pay will be between $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience!
• Opportunity to work within a reputable, professional, and family owned and operated Law Office!

 

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and reception of clients
• General correspondence via phone, email, fax, etc.
• Document preparation and review
• Other Administrative Support duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Previous Administrative experience is required
• Previous Legal experience and/or Real Estate experience would be helpful but not required
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Good written and oral communication skills required
• Must have familiarity of the Microsoft Office Suite
