Property Maintenance Technician - Corning CA.

Full-time, day shift position!

 

Responsibilities of Maintenance Tech:

• Basic carpentry and sheetrock repair
• Painting interior and exterior of property
• Light plumbing and electrical work
• Installing garbage disposals, dishwashers, toilets, laundry hoses

Requirements of Maintenance Tech:

• Prior property maintenance or carpentry experience
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Work independently and stay on task
• Day shift position
