Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day/Swing Shift

Looking for hands-on work that keeps you moving and makes the day fly by? We’re hiring a Planer Operator for a local lumber production facility in Chehalis, WA. This full-time, swing-shift role involves operating machinery to process large timbers and handling heavy materials in an active, team-oriented environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a background in industrial or construction settings, and the desire to grow in a long-term role.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain two industrial planer machines

• Move and stack heavy timbers—mostly by hand

• Use a tape measure to accurately size and process materials

• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments (approx. 30% outdoors)

• Learn forklift operation (training and certification provided after the first month)

What You Bring:

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs consistently

• Previous experience in construction, lumber, or industrial settings preferred

• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
