Our client, a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of innovative reactive hair care products, is seeking an experienced Packaging Mechanic to join their team in Freehold, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, troubleshoot, and repair form, fill, and seal packaging machines

• Maintain and service various filling machines (auger, bottle, and tube) for powder and liquid products

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues

• Operate and maintain Allen-Bradley PLC systems and standard shop equipment

• Collaborate with production staff to ensure optimal performance

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical packaging industry

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with packaging and filling machinery

• Familiarity with A/B PLCs and general shop tools

• A safety-conscious, team-oriented mindset
