Position Title: Agricultural Manager

Position Summary:
The Agricultural Manager will oversee farm operations, ensuring efficient production, resource management, and compliance with agricultural standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The Agricultural Manager will work independently under the general direction of the Farm Owner and collaborate with various departments to maintain operational integrity and support business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Utilize farm management software for planning and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and manage farm resources, ensuring timely and accurate data.
• Monitor and manage crop and livestock production, budgeting, and forecasting to support farm operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improving farm processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and prepare necessary documentation.
• Resolve farm-related issues, including discrepancies and variances.

Experience and Skills Required:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
• Proficiency in farm management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently under the general direction of the Farm Owner.
• Professional attitude with initiative and sound judgment.
• Leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
