**Welder – $20/hour**  
**Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Immediate Openings**

We’re a fast-growing manufacturing shop looking for a skilled, reliable welder who’s ready to tackle a variety of projects and isn’t afraid of heights, tight spaces, or getting the job done right the first time.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Set up and position parts using fixtures, jigs, and overhead cranes  
- Weld in all positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) with high-quality results  
- Work from blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings  
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on mild steel, stainless, and aluminum  
- Consistently hit production schedules without sacrificing quality or safety  

**What You Bring**
- High school diploma or GED  
- At least 1 year of hands-on welding experience OR formal welding training  
- Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick processes  
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols  
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in your work  
- Self-motivated—can work with minimal supervision  
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in all shop conditions  
- Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic
