Showroom and Sales Consultant – Flooring

Located in tigard, OR

Are you a motivated, personable sales professional with an interest in flooring design and home improvement? A locally owned and well-established flooring supplier is looking to grow their sales team with a sharp, customer-focused Showroom and Sales Consultant!

This is a dynamic role where you’ll split your time between the showroom and field sales. You’ll help walk-in customers find the right flooring options, follow up on warm leads, and even build new relationships with local businesses. Once a sale is made, you’ll head out to job sites to provide on-site estimates and coordinate with the installation team to bring the project to life.

If you have experience in flooring sales OR a strong background in sales and you're ready to learn fast, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing guidance on flooring products and design

• Manage and respond to incoming leads via phone and website inquiries

• Schedule and attend job site visits to take measurements and provide estimates

• Build relationships with local businesses and conduct cold calls as needed

• Close sales and follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaborate with administrative staff to create accurate work orders for installation crews

• Stay up-to-date on product lines, pricing, and market trends
