Position: Assembler

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Build large wooden crates for manufacturing and shipping
• Use nail guns, staple guns, and other hand/power tools
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Follow build instructions and maintain consistent quality
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What You Bring

• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and take direction
• Strong work ethic and a team‑player attitude
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check (no felonies)
• Steel‑toed boots required

Experience

• Woodworking or carpentry experience is a big plus
• General construction or assembly experience helpful

---

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

---

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working with tools throughout the day
