Express Employment Professionals are currently seeking a Insurance Sales Agent who shares our dedication to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate individual insureds' needs and recommend appropriate coverages and services.
• Use AMS360 for full account management, including documentation, policy data, claims, and renewals.
• Quote new and renewal business using insurance carrier online systems.
• Collaborate with underwriters on new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Keep accounts organized, updated, and well-documented within the agency management system.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of insurance carriers’ products and services.
• Prioritize workflow daily to ensure timely processing of quotes and endorsements.
• Act as a liaison for claims between insureds and carrier claims departments.
• Prepare Premium Finance Agreements and manage related accounting tasks.
• Partner with producers to build and maintain effective, customized insurance programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience preferred
• High school diploma required; further education a plus
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using agency management systems and web-based carrier platforms
• AMS360 experience preferred but not required
• Professional phone presence and problem-solving mindset
