Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and highly organized Case Worker for a social service organization in San Juan, TX. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families, guiding them through available programs, promoting self-sufficiency, and making a lasting impact in the community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Screen and determine eligibility through detailed case management and application review.

• Identify client needs and help establish achievable goals to support long-term independence.

• Conduct community outreach, home visits, and public engagement events to promote awareness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, including client files, reports, and referrals.

• Coordinate and collaborate with partner agencies to expand resources and referrals for clients.

• Support office tasks such as answering phones, maintaining a clean workspace, and clerical duties.

• Ensure all work meets compliance standards, with a margin of error under 10% for case decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or one (1) year of casework experience, including eligibility screening and interviews.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Strong computer skills and experience with data entry.

• Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with current liability insurance.

• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
