Job Overview:
A local company is seeking an Archery Technician to join their team. This role involves working directly with customers, assisting with archery equipment, and providing technical support. While prior experience is a plus, they are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for hunting, bows, and the outdoors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment to ensure safety and proper function.

• Install accessories on bows and assist customers with product demonstrations.

• Provide technical support, answer customer questions, and explain services performed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers who share an interest in hunting and the outdoors.

Requirements:

• Interest in archery, hunting, or outdoor activities is preferred.

• Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers.

• Willingness to learn and be trained on technical aspects of archery equipment.

• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
