We currently have three (3) clients looking to hire Industrial Mechanic Millwrights.

All companies require the individual to possess a 433A license or red seal. 

All companies are in the food manufacturing industry.

Option A

• Evaluation-to-hire (no pre-determined contract duration - depends on business needs and performance)
• Day shift (7am-4pm) 
• 30-min lunch and two 15-min breaks
• No beards (must be clean-shaven every day due to the respirator)
• No smoking or cell phones on company property
• Windsor, ON
• $41.26 per hour

Option B

• Permanent, direct hire
• Continental shifts (6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am)
• 20-min lunch and two 15-min breaks
• Mandatory OT during busy season (Aug-Oct)
• Benefits after 30 days, pension after 1-year (Manulife RRSP matching)
  • Boot allowance x1 per year ($125)
  • Uniforms provided
  • Monthly appreciation lunches
  • Laundry service
  • Tools provided
  • Vacation after new year starts – 1 vacation day for every 20 days worked (about 2+ weeks)

• $39.45 per hour 

Option C

• Permanent, direct hire
• Afternoons (3pm-11pm) OR Nights (11pm-7am)
• Benefits and tool allowance after 750 hours
• RRSP matching and pension after 2 years
• Windsor, ON
• $35.83 per hour (afternoons) OR $35.98 per hour (nights)
