Location: Based in Apple Valley, MN – Travel to Local Job Sites (within 15 miles)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (some weekends possible)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience – Training provided

Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated and reliable Maintenance – General Laborer to join our crew! This is a physically active position that includes cleaning, equipment operation, and general labor on various job sites. No experience necessary — just bring a good attitude and the willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel and sweep work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety

• Clean towers (must be comfortable with heights)

• Clean inside industrial mixers (confined space – safety equipment provided)

• Operate front-end loader and skid loader (willing to train)

• Ride with the crew to local job sites (within 15 miles of Apple Valley)

• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE (provided: vest, hard hat, safety glasses)

Requirements:

• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Not afraid of heights or confined spaces

• Willing to work outdoors and in industrial settings

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude

• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required if riding with crew)
