Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in an industrial environment that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines and equipment

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and minimize downtime

• Walk, stand, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work instructions

• Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
