Job Title: Installer – Assembly, Welding, Electrical & Hydraulic WorkLocation: Lakeville, MNSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer to join our team. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, including installations, assembly, basic welding, electrical hookups, and hydraulic system connections. Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installations according to project specifications
Assist with assembly of equipment and components
Conduct basic welding as needed
Hook up and test hydraulic systems
Perform basic electrical work and troubleshooting
Work from blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Walk, stand, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in installation, welding, or assembly is preferred
Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems a plus
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, punctual, and a team player
