Job Title: General Labor – Bagging & Facility Cleaning
Location: Lakeville, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working General Laborer to assist with bagging products and maintaining cleanliness inside the facility. This is a hands-on role in a dusty environment that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bagging finished products according to production standards

• Performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility

• Sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Assisting with basic material handling and movement of products

• Following all safety protocols and reporting any safety concerns

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Comfortable working in a dusty, industrial environment

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

• Previous warehouse or industrial labor experience is a plus, but not required
