About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator Welder with a strong background in fabrication, ideally someone who’s worked in a cabinet or millwork shop and is comfortable with tools like table saws, hand routers, and reading blueprints. While prior plastic welding experience is not required, we will provide full training on that part of the job. If you’re a problem-solver who takes pride in precision work and wants to expand your fabrication skills, this may be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication work including cutting, routing, and assembling materials

• Operate shop tools such as table saws, hand routers, drills, and sanders

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings with accuracy

• Learn and apply plastic welding techniques (training provided)

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications and deadlines

• Walk, stand, bend, push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a cabinet shop, millwork, or similar environment

• Hands-on knowledge of woodworking tools and general fabrication processes

• Ability to read prints and technical drawings

• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

• Welding experience (plastic or other types) is a plus but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
