Job Summary:A busy office in Plant City is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves answering phones, scheduling appointments for field technicians, and assisting with light billing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments for technicians
Communicate with customers regarding service requests and follow-ups
Assist with basic billing and invoicing tasks
Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong phone and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
