Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Food Production Workers to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will support the manufacturing process by preparing, packaging, and inspecting food products in a fast-paced production environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the food production process

• Assemble, package, and label products according to company specifications

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Inspect products for quality assurance and report any inconsistencies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Complete daily production logs and other documentation as required

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required
