We are looking for a driven and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team! This role plays a critical part in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent, while also supporting the onboarding and administrative functions within Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and screen incoming resumes/applications via job platforms like Indeed

• Conduct outreach and schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates

• Perform phone interviews to assess candidate fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings with leadership and hiring managers

• Manage onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and training

• Support general HR administrative tasks as needed

• Maintain accurate and organized records related to recruitment and employee files

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfort with scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office/Google Workspace

• Positive, professional, and proactive approach to work

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
