Temporary Marketing & Customer Support AssistantLocation: Anderson, CA (Relocating to Redding in July)Schedule: 20–30 hours per weekPay: $21–$23/hr, DOEPotential for Full-Time
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy individual for a temporary role supporting our marketing and customer service efforts. This position offers flexible part-time hours with the possibility of growing into a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone and email with clear and professional communication
Assist with marketing materials and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Support social media activities and basic digital content tasks
Use Adobe tools for minor design or editing needs
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Adobe and social media platforms
Strong verbal and phone communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes loud environment (current office is located within our manufacturing facility)
Reliable, self-motivated, and open to learning
Additional Notes:The role is based in Anderson, CA for now, but the office will relocate to Redding in July. Candidates should be comfortable with the temporary nature of the position and the potential for long-term employment depending on performance and business needs.
