Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-minded Shop/Yard Team Member to join our hardworking team! This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that involves a little bit of everything—from packaging gaskets and preparing shipments to yard work, equipment use, and even learning to weld. If you enjoy variety in your day and working with tools and machinery, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package gaskets and prepare materials for shipping

• Operate tools and equipment (training provided; see tool list in shop memo)

• Assist with yard work, general shop tasks, and equipment maintenance

• Perform UPS shipping, organize boxes, and prepare products for truck deliveries

• Get certified to operate a forklift and lull (company provided)

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

• Perform physically active work: walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools

• Strong attention to detail, good work ethic, and a consistent work history

• Willingness to learn and work across multiple areas

• Must be safety-minded and follow shop safety procedures

• Dependable and team-oriented
