Job Summary:                                     Pool Builder/Driver                  

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Swimming Pool Builder with a valid CDL Class A license and proven experience operating skid steers and excavators. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the construction and installation of in-ground residential and commercial swimming pools.

You will be responsible for equipment transport, site excavation, grading, and assisting in all phases of pool construction. Must be able to do the physical work as well as operate the equipment.  The candidate will be driving a dump truck 1-3 days a week and the other days and time will be doing various aspects of pool construction. This would be digging the pool, pool plumbing, forming and pouring footings, final yard grades, prepping pools for plater.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment to perform excavation and grading for swimming pool installations
• Driving dump truck 1-3 days a week Must have a Class A CDL
• Digging the pool
• Pool plumbing
• Forming and pouring footings
• Final yard grades
• Prepping pools for plaster

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum [2+] years of experience operating skid steers and excavators
• Knowledge of swimming pool construction or general construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• OSHA certification a plus

Position Type:   Full Time Temp to Perm

Pay:       $25.00-$30.00     

Schedule:    7am to 5pm (hours may vary depending on job)
