Job Title: Furnace Operator
Location: Springdale, OH
Compensation: $20-25 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and control heat treat furnaces in accordance with established procedures and written instructions.
• Prepare parts for processing, including loading and unloading furnaces, fixtures, and baskets.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during furnace operation or escalate them to the supervisor as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required 
• Previous experience with operating a vacuum furnace for heat treatment is required.
• Knowledge of heat treating processes and procedures is highly desirable.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
