Salary: Up to $20/hour

Now hiring a Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator on the east side of Madison! As the Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator, you will assist accounting by entering receipts and preparing deposit slips, scheduling truck routes, ordering office supplies, and become very versatile in the office!

Pay: Up to $20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM, some Saturday's 7:00AM-12:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Data entry – enter customer payments into accounting system
• Prepare receipts for customer fees and purchases
• Order warehouse and office supplies
• Prepare deposit slips, customer order paperwork, and quotes for clients
• Schedule truck routes, sales outbound, and inbound materials for each day
• Review inventory and verify tags currently in inventory
• Update CRM database
• Assist accountant as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Excellent inter-personal and phone skills
• Experienced in using MS office and Excel
• Peach tree Accounting or other Accounting Software experience
• Business Management or Marketing experience is desired
