Job Title:                  Warehouse Supervisor

 

Reports to:               Production Manager

 

Summary:                 Supervision of Warehouse Operations

 

Essential Tasks / Duties (this list is not all-inclusive; other tasks may be assigned as required by management):

 

Able to handle situations and logistics

 

Be comfortable with computers, will learn there software.

 

To manage all warehouse operations and personnel. 

 

Ensure that goods movements, loading and unloading of trucks, and inventory management are carried out in a competent and accurate manner.

 

Ensure that goods received from Production are put into inventory in the Blending system.

 

Ensure that loads are picked and prepared for shipment as requested by Sales department. 

 

Ensure that order and good housekeeping are maintained in the warehouse area.

 

Qualifications / experience:

 

Qualifications / Education

 

High school education required.

 

Experience.

 

Experience in warehouse operations.

 

Experience of handling industrial chemicals preferred.

 

Forklift truck driving experience preferred.

 

Personal Attributes

 

Must be hard-working, disciplined, punctual and capable of operating with a minimum of supervision.

 

Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions are essential.

 

Must be willing to perform any tasks(s) to ensure customers’ requirements are met, without compromising health, safety, environmental and legal requirements.

 

Must be able to work harmoniously with others.

 

Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and able to work one Saturday a month for inventory.
