Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead growth by building strategic client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. Based in the United States, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission to deliver outstanding document management solutions.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to significantly boost revenue growth.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. - Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements strategically to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing BSC's innovative offerings.
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activities to enhance strategic planning.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the document management or technology sectors.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Masterful negotiation skills and a strategic approach to planning and execution.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from inception to execution.
Schedule & Pay:
- FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Willingness to work overtime if needed, including weekends
- $60k plus

- Must have reliable and timely transportation
