Are you an experienced sheet metal operator with a strong background in metal fabrication and blueprint reading? Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is actively hiring for a full-time second shift Sheet Metal Operator opening in Pine City, MN.

We’re looking for candidates with sheet metal fabrication experience and a passion for precision, teamwork, and quality, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

💵 Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20.00
• Pay Schedule: Weekly
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:45 PM – 1:15 AM
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Pine City, MN

🔧 Key Responsibilities – Sheet Metal Operator

• Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication equipment
• Perform machine setup and adjustments for accurate production
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in sheet metal operations – Preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in using sheet metal fabrication equipment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable with crouching, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Proven reliability in attendance and punctuality
