Key Responsibilities

• Perform intricate manual assembly tasks using microscopes, halo lights, and soldering irons

• Read and interpret detailed document packages and manufacturing procedures

• Color code components, apply soldering paste, and place small components by hand (e.g., 0201, small ICs)

• Assemble cables based on customer-supplied documentation

• Conduct pre- and post-reflow inspections to ensure product accuracy and quality

• Suggest process improvements and identify opportunities for greater efficiency

Preferred Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Hand Assembly

  • Cable Assembly

  • Final Inspection

• Proven ability to contribute in a collaborative, team-focused environment

Essential Qualifications

• IPC-A-610D Certification

• J-STD-001 Certification

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must not be color-blind

• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds

• Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods
