Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Outside General Laborer to join our team in Greer, SC. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors all day, in all weather conditions — including heat, cold, wind, and rain. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unload live plant material from delivery trucks

• Move and stock live plant material to designated areas

• Load plant material onto outbound trucks for shipment

• Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• Stand and walk on gravel surfaces for the full shift

• Maintain speed and accuracy while handling delicate, live products

Requirements:

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

• Physically capable of lifting and moving 50 pounds repeatedly

• Able to stand, walk, and lift for the entire shift

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Team player with a positive attitude
