Salary: 62,000k+

Our client, a manufacturer in Mississauga is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to join their organization on a permanent basis.  If you have B2B customer service, fluent in French and English and looking for a great organization to join, we have the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process all customer orders received via email. EDI and phone
  • Support customers with any inquiries, order status, promotions, pricing and transportation updates
  • Work with other departments to ensure orders are getting fulfilled
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any customer issues
  • Customer set up in the ERP system
  • Other client support duties required by management

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment
  • Fluent in French and English (Written, Spoke and Reading)
  • Strong MS Office and ERP skills
  • 3+ years of experience working in the Quebec market
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week
