Traveling Construction Laborer – $20/Hour
Full-Time | Travel Required (NE Iowa & Southern MN)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and hard-working individuals for a Traveling Construction Laborer role. This hands-on position involves travel, physical labor, and working in various environments throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to job sites across NE Iowa and southern Minnesota
• Read tape measures and perform basic math calculations
• Climb and work from ladders, lifts, scaffolding
• Carry materials daily (up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs)
• Work in indoor/outdoor environments year-round
• Measure, cut, and fabricate insulation and metal jacketing
• Follow verbal directions and maintain safety practices

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in confined spaces when needed
• Comfortable using hand tools (knives, saws, snips, etc.)
• PPE provided; must supply own safety boots
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (subject to change)

Pay:

• $20.00/hour
• Travel and lodging covered when on the road
