Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 15 janitorial staff
• Ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed to standard
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Resolve conflicts professionally and effectively
• Communicate clearly with both staff and clients

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in the service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be available afternoons and evenings
