Express is recruiting for a CSR to work with a well-established, Eugene based company specializing in high-quality window coverings. With a commitment to exceptional customer service and stylish products, they provide personalized solutions to enhance homes and businesses. We're looking for a friendly, customer-driven individual to join this team as a CSR. 

 

Job Description:

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer interaction, and product education. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom and helping customers find the perfect window coverings for their needs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
• Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of our product line, including features, benefits, and installation options.
• Assist customers in the showroom by providing product information, answering questions, and guiding them through the selection process.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and order processing.
• Support the sales team with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.

Schedule:

• Training: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Regular Schedule (post-training): Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with some Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation:

• $17.00 per hour to start, with opportunities for advancement.
